Lukas is one of the founders of Alon Academy and is responsible for the wild ideas that make up Alon's concepts.
As an engineer with intensive experience in start-ups, Lukas brings the doer mentality to the Alon Academy.
Lukas is a hopeless optimist for our future and drives his network to design a brighter future for all of us.

Alicia Reimer
COO
Alicia, also one of the co-founders of Alon Akademie, has a strong passion for education and innovation.
Her goal is to unleash potential and create true equality of opportunity through creative educational approaches.
Through her own experience in her Master's degree, she has learned how important it is to proactively shape one's own life and she wants to pass on this feeling of self-efficacy to others.
Mary Ann Loja
Advisory co-founder
Mian is co-founder of Alon Academy and is responsible for the educational concept behind the idea.
Mian is a pioneer in the development of leadership development concepts in large global corporations.
Driven by her own history, she knows Mian knows what influence quality education can have on people's lives and she does everything she can to give other children the same opportunities that she had.
